Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in Personal CFO. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no need to justify your reasoning. This applies to first purchases of monthly and annual subscriptions.

How to request a refund

All payments for Personal CFO are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are therefore handled by Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).

Cancellations & renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund — if you would like a refund of the most recent charge, request one as described above.

Beyond the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example duplicate charges or technical issues that prevented use of the Service). Paddle's own refund policy also applies and may provide additional rights.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
